Jelly Roll

Ingredients

  • Sift: 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Beat: 3 eggs
  • Add:
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla and beat well
  • Add:
  • 1/3 c hot water and add dry ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix well

  2. Back at 375⁰ for 12-15 minutes
