Ingredients
- Pumpkin Pie Squares
- Crust:
- 1 c flour
- ½ cup oatmeal
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cu butter
- Topping:
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup chopped nuts
- 2 tbsp butter
- Fillin:
- 2 cans pumpkin (15 oz ea)
- 2 cans evaporated milk (1 oz ea)
- 4 eggs
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp gine
- ½ tsp cloves
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
Combine crust ingredients until crumbly,
Press into greased 9x13 pan
Bake at 350 ० for 20 minutes or until golden brown
Meanwhile beat filling ingredients in mixing bowl until smooth
Pour over crust
Bake for 45 minutes
Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over top
Bake 15-20 minutes longer or until knife inserted near center comes out clean
cool
store in fridge
