Ingredients
- 2 c rhubarb
- crust:
- 2 c flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp butter
- ¾ cup milk and 2 Tbsp
- sauce:
- 1 c sugar
- 1 ½ Tbsp flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 c hot water
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
Mix crust and spread ½ in dish
Add rhubarb
Mix sauce: pour over rhubarb
Top with remaining crust
