Ingredients
- ¾ cup butter
- 1 ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 eggs
- 2 ½ cups flour
- 1 ¼ tsp baking soda
- ½ salt
- 3 (4.5 oz) packages Andes Mints
Instructions
Combine butter, water and sugar in a saucepan
cook on medium heat until melted
Removed from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted
set aside to cool for 10 minutes
Pour chocolate mixture into a large bowl and beat in eggs one at a time
Combine dry ingredients then add to chocolate mixture
cover and refrigerate for 1 hour
Form dough into walnut size balls and put on greased cookie sheet
Bake at 350० for 8-10 minutes
will be puffy, wait a minute until deflates then put a mint on top
