Sherry’S Bran Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 c boiling water over 1 cup bran cereal
  • Drain if needed –cool
  • Add:
  • ¾ cup honey
  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 c buttermilk
  • 2 ½ cup flour
  • 2 ½ tsp soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Add to above mixture add 2 cup dry bran cereal

Instructions

  1. Keeps 30 days in fridge

  2. Bake 400⁰ 20 minutes
