Ingredients
- 1 c boiling water over 1 cup bran cereal
- Drain if needed –cool
- Add:
- ¾ cup honey
- ½ cup butter
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 c buttermilk
- 2 ½ cup flour
- 2 ½ tsp soda
- ½ tsp salt
- Add to above mixture add 2 cup dry bran cereal

Bake 400⁰ 20 minutes
