Special Rhubarb Dessert

Ingredients

  • 4 ½ cup rhubarb
  • 1 3oz package Strawberry Jell-o
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 c water
  • 1 plain white cake mix
  • 1 stick oleo shortening (1/2 cup?)

Instructions

  1. Put chopped rhubarb in a 9x13 pan chopped

  2. Sprinkle strawberry Jell-o and sugar over rhubarb

  3. Pour on water

  4. Sprinkle cake mix over top

  5. dribble shortening over cake mix

  6. Bake at 350० for 30 minutes
