Ingredients
- 4 ½ cup rhubarb
- 1 3oz package Strawberry Jell-o
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 c water
- 1 plain white cake mix
- 1 stick oleo shortening (1/2 cup?)
Instructions
Put chopped rhubarb in a 9x13 pan chopped
Sprinkle strawberry Jell-o and sugar over rhubarb
Pour on water
Sprinkle cake mix over top
dribble shortening over cake mix
Bake at 350० for 30 minutes
