Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup flour
- 1 ½ cup oats
- 1 ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¾ cup butter- melted
- 6-8 cups chopped rhubarb
- 1 ½ cup sugar
- 3 ¾ Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 ½ cup warter
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla
Instructions
Mix together flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter
Press half in bottom of a 9x13 pan
Place rhubarb over crust
Cook sugar, water, cornstarch and vanilla until thickened stirring constantly
Pour over rhubarb
Crumble rest of crust over top
Bake at 350० for 45 minutes
