- 1-1.5 pounds sirloin, cut into strips
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3-4 beef bouillon cubes
- Garlic powder, to taste
- 1-2 cups of water
- Corn starch or flour
- 1 package egg noodles
Brown sirloin. Add water, garlic powder, ketchup, and bouillon cubes. Bring mix to a boil for a few minutes. Reduce heat and simmer for at least 45 minutes.
Mix a slurry of corn starch or flour and COLD water. After meat is tender, return to rapid boil and add slurry. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and serve over noodles immediately.
