Myra St. John's Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 EGGS BEATEN
  • ¼ C. MARG, MELTED
  • 1 CAN (8 OZ) WHOLE CORN
  • 1 CAN (8 OZ) CREAM CORN
  • 1 CONTAINER (8 OZ) SOUR CREAM
  • 1 PACKAGE (8 0Z BOX) JIFFY CORN MUFFIN MIX

Instructions

  1. MIX ALL INGRED. TOGETHER.

  2. PUT INTO A 1 ½ QT. CASSEROLE DISH

  3. BAKE @ 350 FOR 35 MIN

  4. I FREEZE MY OWN CORN, SO I JUST USE 1 PINT

  5. OF CORN OUT OF MY FREEZER.
