- 1 Orange
- 2 Apples
- 2 c (1 bagish) of cranberries
- 4 ribs Celery (minced)
- 2 tbsp Brandy
- 1 c white sugar
Rough chop apples and orange
Run Orange, Apples, and Cranberries through meat grinder (largest grind)
Stir in minced celery, brandy and sugar (to taste. Usually less than a cup)
Leave to mellow. A day is best, but it's tasty in a few hours.
Stir before serving.
