Cranberry Relish

Adapted from several on the net


  • 1 Orange
  • 2 Apples
  • 2 c (1 bagish) of cranberries
  • 4 ribs Celery (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Brandy
  • 1 c white sugar


  1. Wash ingredients

  2. Rough chop apples and orange

  3. Run Orange, Apples, and Cranberries through meat grinder (largest grind)

  4. Stir in minced celery, brandy and sugar (to taste. Usually less than a cup)

  5. Leave to mellow. A day is best, but it's tasty in a few hours.

  6. Stir before serving.
