Slow Cooker Mango Salsa Pork Chops

slow roasted to tender perfection with a melt in your mouth taste; easy to make; a definite company dish


  • boneless,center cut, one inch thick pork chops
  • small can pineapple juice
  • ¼ c dark brown sugar
  • mango salsa (purchased at Sam's Club)


  1. Mix together the pineapple juice and dark brown sugar. Pour a little on the bottom of the slow cooker. Put chops in and cover with salsa and the rest of the pineapple juice/dark brown sugar mixture. Cook on low for three hours, and then on high for three hours.
