- boneless,center cut, one inch thick pork chops
- small can pineapple juice
- ¼ c dark brown sugar
- mango salsa (purchased at Sam's Club)
Mix together the pineapple juice and dark brown sugar. Pour a little on the bottom of the slow cooker. Put chops in and cover with salsa and the rest of the pineapple juice/dark brown sugar mixture. Cook on low for three hours, and then on high for three hours.
