Five-Spice Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 c. brown rice
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • spices:
  • oregano
  • ginger
  • 1 c. frozen peas
  • 2 Tbsp. Bragg's Liquid Amino Acids (or soy sauce)
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 c. water

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in rice cooker or in a casserole and bake for 40 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
