Pie Crust No Fail

Pretty much the best crust in the world


  • 3 c flour
  • 1 c crisco
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (or apple vinegar)
  • 5-6 Tablespoons water


  1. Mix together flour and salt

  2. cut in crisco until fine crumbs

  3. Beat egg and add vinegar

  4. Mix into flour

  5. Add water as needed until dough stays together but is not sticky
