Ingredients
- Beat with electric hand mixer
- 1 c brown sugar
- ½ cup white sugar
- ½ cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 c buttermilk
- Mix together and add to above mixture
- 2 c flour
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- dash salt
- Topping
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ - 1/3 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 2 c rhubarb
- Fold into cake mixture
Instructions
Pour into greased 9x13 pan and sprinkle with topping
Bake at 350⁰ for 35-40 minutes or until tests done with toothpick
