Ingredients
- 1&1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 c. pumpkin puree, canned or cooked
- 2/3 c. vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- ¼ c. water
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- ½ c. chopped nuts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 9X5 loaf pan. In large bowl combine 1st 5 ingredients; blend well. Combine next 6 ingredients; stir into pumpkin mixture & add nuts. Scrape loaf pan. Bake 50-60 min. or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove from pan; cool on rack.
