Fresh Peach And Mango Sorbet

A great treat for hot weather!


  • 3 c fresh ripe peaches (peeled and chunked)
  • 1 c diced ripe mango
  • ¼ c fresh-squeezed lime juice
  • ½ c sugar


  1. Set aside 1 C peaches. Combine all remaining ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add peach chunks and refrigerate fruit mixture until very cold. Pour into ice cream maker or frozen dessert machine and finish according to the manufacturer's directions or general directions for electric or crank freezers. Best if served at once. Serves 6.
