Linguine With Basil Pesto

Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3/4 c. packed fresh basil
  • 1/2 c. packed fresh parsley
  • 1/2 extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 c. finely grated Parmesan or Romano
  • 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 Tbs. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 12 oz. dried linguine, cooked & drained

Instructions

  1. Place garlic in food processor, pulse to chop. Add next 7 ingredients; process until a paste forms. Toss with warm pasta.
