Hot Beef & Coconut Curry
coconut milk, Thai red curry paste, cloves of garlic, crushed, braising steak (a pound fed 2), fresh kaffir lime leaves, shredded (I couldn't find these, so we just used lime zest), lime juice, Thai fish sauce, large fresh red chili (we substituted a serrano), ground turmeric, salt & pepper, chopped fresh basil (Thai basil is even better), chopped fresh cilantro
