A simple french bread for bread machine use. Makes a 1.5 lb loaf.
Ingredients
- 1 ⅛ c water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 3 ¼ c flour
- 2 tsp gluten
- 2 ½ tsp yeast
Instructions
Combine ingredients in bread machine pan in the order listed.
Set bread machine for french cycle.
Turn bread machine on.
