Matt entered this recipe on his iPhone at the dinner table while Heather and her Mom discussed this favorite from her childhood.
Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 cans water
- 1 chicken boullion cube
- garlic powder, to taste
- onion powder, to taste
- 1 ½ c rice
- 4 chicken breast halves
- mozzerella or cheddar cheese
- croutons (optional)
Instructions
Combine ingredients in casserole pan.
Cover and cook for 1.5 hours.
10 minutes before done sprinkle cheese and optional croutons. Cover and return to oven.
