Egg Bread recipe for bread machine--1 lb loaf
Ingredients
- ½ c. milk
- 1 egg
- 2 c. bread flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 ½ tsp. yeast
Instructions
Place all ingredients in pan, select light crust setting, press start.
Actually, I use the dough setting, then take it out, shape it, put it in a greased baking pan, let it rise another ½ hour, then bake it at 350 until golden, about 25 minutes.
