Egg Bread
Egg Bread recipe for bread machine--1 lb loaf
Ingredients:
1/2 unit c. milk
1 unit egg
2 c. bread flour
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 unit tsp. yeast
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients in pan, select light crust setting, press start.
2. Actually, I use the dough setting, then take it out, shape it, put it in a greased baking pan, let it rise another 1/2 hour, then bake it at 350 until golden, about 25 minutes.
