This is hands down the best granola I've ever tasted. It's so delicious, and the rice krispies make it nice and light.


  • 8 c rolled oats
  • 1 ½ c chopped nuts (I used pecans, but whatever your favorite is)
  • 6 c rice krispies
  • ½ c sesame seeds, sunflowers seeds, whatever... (optional, obviously)
  • 1/3 c brown sugar
  • 1 c honey
  • 1 c oil
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla


  1. Mix brown sugar, honey, oil and vanilla in small pot warm untill melted together.

  2. Mix dry ingredients together in bowl.

  3. Pour wet mix over dry mix.

  4. Pour granola onto a greased a cookie sheet. (Or use tin foil sprayed with cooking spray)

  5. Cook at 300 for 15 min. and pull out and turn granola over. Cook 15 more minutes and pull out and let it cool on top of the oven do not break up until cooled.

  6. Enjoy!
