Homemade Soft Pretzel
warm (110 to 115 degrees F) water, sugar, kosher salt, package active dry yeast, all-purpose flour, approximately 4 1/2 cups, unsalted butter, melted, Vegetable oil, for pan, water, baking soda, large egg yolk beaten with 1 tablespoon water (I'm gonna have to leave out the egg wash. Maybe a little melted butter would work ??? ), Pretzel salt
I ran across this on line, and it looks yummy. I can't wait to try it out.
