Chili And Coriander Jam

Ingredients

  • 400g chopped tinned tomatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 red chillies, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp black mustard seeds
  • (1 tsp coriander seeds)
  • 1 ½ tbsp sunflower oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 40 caster sugar
  • ½ tsp ground tumeric
  • 2 ½ tbsp red wine vingar
  • 15 g chopped fresh coriander

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients apart from the coriander into a saucepan, bring to the boil and then simmer for 35 minutes.

  2. Remove from the heat and fold in the corriander
