Ingredients
- 400g chopped tinned tomatoes
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 red chillies, deseeded and finely chopped
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp black mustard seeds
- (1 tsp coriander seeds)
- 1 ½ tbsp sunflower oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 40 caster sugar
- ½ tsp ground tumeric
- 2 ½ tbsp red wine vingar
- 15 g chopped fresh coriander
Instructions
Put all the ingredients apart from the coriander into a saucepan, bring to the boil and then simmer for 35 minutes.
Remove from the heat and fold in the corriander
