Ingredients
- 1 free range egg yolk
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp Grain mustard
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- ½ tsp caster sugar
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 350 ml sunflower oil
Instructions
Put everything apart from the oil into a food processor, then slowly drizzle in the oil.
