- 1 organic apple, thinly sliced
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 qt water
Place apple slices and cinnamon stick at the bottom of a large pitcher. Fill pitcher halfway with ice and then add water. Let sit for a couple hours. Enjoy!
Fill up 3-4 times before replacing the apple and cinnamon stick. Drink throughout the week.
