Apple Cinnamon Water

Supports weight loss and increases energy

Ingredients

  • 1 organic apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 qt water
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Place apple slices and cinnamon stick at the bottom of a large pitcher. Fill pitcher halfway with ice and then add water. Let sit for a couple hours. Enjoy!

  2. Fill up 3-4 times before replacing the apple and cinnamon stick. Drink throughout the week.
