Athlete's Vegetable Juice

Ingredients

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 4-5 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1/3 English cucumber
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/3 of a small beet
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 clove garlic (optional)
  • pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Juice the vegetables and pour into a large glass. Add a pinch of sea salt and stir well.
