Baby Bellini Mocktail


  • 60ml (2oz) peach nectar
  • 30ml (1oz) lemon juice
  • Chilled apple juice to taste
  • Peach slices to garnish


  1. Pour the peach nectar into a champagne or martini glass. Next add the lemon juice and then the apple juice.

  2. Garnish with the peaches and serve.

  3. TIP: You can use canned peaches for this recipe. Simply drain the liquid and reserve the peaches for garnish.
