Banana Split Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 pt (12 oz) strawberries, chopped
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • ½ c plain vegan yogurt
  • 1/3 c non-dairy milk

Instructions

  1. For the freshest flavor, use ripe fruit (the riper the fruit, the sweeter the smoothie). Process the fruit, yogurt and milk in a blender, food processor or with an immersion blender until smooth. Add some sweetener, if desired.
