Like guacamole, but for those who don\'t like avocado.
Ingredients
- 2 c chopped fresh broccoli, cooked and chilled
- ¼ c vegan sour cream
- 1 tbsp dried minced onion
- 1 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
- 2-3 T lemon juice
- 1/4-1/2 tsp chili powder
Instructions
In a food processor or blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Refrigerate for several hours. Serve dip with fresh vegetables or baked tortilla chips.
