  1. Bake cake at 350°F for shiny metal pans; 325°F for dark non-stick pans.

  2. Baking times:

  3. 1 9x13" pan: 30-35 minutes

  4. 2 8" round pans: 30-35 minutes

  5. 2 9" round pans: 30-35 minutes

  6. 2 8" square pans: 30-35 minutes

  7. 24 cupcakes: 20-25 minutes
