To go with Moist and Tender Chocolate Cake
- 3 c sifted powdered sugar, divided
- 2/3 c baking cocoa
- ½ c (1 stick) vegan butter, softened
- 5 to 6 T non-dairy milk, divided
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Beat 1 C powdered sugar, cocoa, vegan butter, 2 T non-dairy milk and vanilla extract in small mixer bowl until creamy. Gradually beat in remaining sugar and non-dairy milk until smooth.
