Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups/Balls


  • 3 c peanut butter, plain or crunchy
  • 1 ½ lbs powdered sugar
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 14 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil


  1. Mix ingredients thoroughly and shape into balls. Melt coconut oil and chocolate chips over double boiler. Dip each ball into chocolate using a toothpick. If chocolate is too thick, add more coconut oil to thin it. Place balls on parchment paper. Cool in refrigerator.
