Cooking Barley

Ingredients

  • 1 c barley
  • 2 1/2-3 C liquid

Instructions

  1. Put liquid into a pot. Bring to a boil. Add barley; stir.

  2. Cover; reduce heat. Cook 35-40 minutes.

OR:

  1. Presoak overnight in 2 parts liquid to 1 part grain and cook 15 minutes.
