- ¼ c peanut butter
- 4 oz chocolate baking bar (I use semi-sweet)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 c raw almonds
- 2 c oat bran
Melt the chocolate and peanut butter together in a double boiler. Stir in cinnamon.
In a medium mixing bowl, stir the melted chocolate mixture with the almonds. Pour oat bran into a sealable plastic bag, or into a brown paper bag. Add almonds and toss to coat.
Spread almonds out on a sheet pan lined with wax or parchment paper and refrigerate until chocolate mixture has hardened. Enjoy!
