Ingredients
- 2 c rice
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 15 ounce can diced tomatoes, including liquid
- 1 ¾ c water or vegetable broth
- 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ¼ c salsa
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a crock pot or slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
