Five-Herb Vinaigrette

A tasty vinaigrette with yummy herbs!

Ingredients

  • ¼ c Dijon Mustard
  • ¼ c minced shallots
  • 1 c white rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Chinese black vinegar, or balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp dried mint
  • 2 tbsp dried cilantro
  • 2 tbsp dried basil, preferably Thai
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 tbsp dried tarragon
  • 2 c grapeseed or canola oil

Instructions

  1. In a medium non-reactive bowl, combine the mustard, shallots, vinegars, mirin, sugar, mint, cilantro, basil, thyme and tarragon. Whisk in the grapeseed oil. Use or store.
