Ginger Jolt


  • 2 apples
  • 1 pear
  • 1" knob gingerroot


  1. Cut the apple into narrow wedges. Slice the gingerroot if necessary. Beginning and ending with the apple, process half the apple and pear wedges in a juicer. Process the ginger. Process the remaining apple and pear wedges, beginning and ending with apple. Or process in a Vitamix and strain.
