Guacamole

A tasty Mexican dip!

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ¼ c fresh lemon or lime juice
  • ¼ c minced onion
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
  • 1 tsp agave nectar or fruit sweetener
  • salt to taste
  • 3 roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Cut avocados in half and peel. Mash with lime juice. Mix in onions, jalapenos and agave nectar. Add salt to taste. Gently blend in tomatoes and cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips or use to top tacos and tostadas.
