Hawaiian Blast Smoothie


  • ½ c ripe pineapple, cut up
  • ½ c mango, cut up
  • ½ c plain vegan yogurt
  • ½ c non-dairy milk
  • 2 tsp fresh lime juice


  1. For freshest flavor, use ripe fruit (the riper the fruit, the sweeter the smoothie). Process the fruit, yogurt and milk in a blender, food processor or with an immersion blender until smooth. Add some sweetener if desired.
