Homemade Worcestershire Sauce

This sauce is gluten free!


  • ½ c apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp gluten free soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp natural organic brown sugar or agave syrup
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp ground mustard
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • tsp cinnamon
  • tsp black pepper


  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes until sugar has dissolved. Cool and store in the refrigerator.
