Light Marinade


  • ½ c fresh lemon juice (3 lemons)
  • ½ c extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil and garlic. Place protein or vegetables and marinade into a resealable plastic bag. Seal bag and shake to coat. Marinate one hour. Grill 2-3 minutes per side.
