Maple Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 2/3 c maple syrup
  • 1/3 c canola oil
  • 1 c soy milk (or other non-dairy milk)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 c cornmeal
  • 1 c whole wheat flour

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and bake for 35 minutes at 350°F in a lightly oiled square glass pan (9x9).
