Marinated Baked Tofu, Red Pototoes And Steamed Veggies


  • Marinade:
  • 1/3 c tamari sauce
  • ¼ c white wine vinegar
  • ¼ c olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • ½ tsp basil
  • ½ tsp rosemary
  • 1 pkg extra firm tofu
  • Red potatoes, sliced and lightly tossed in olive oil and seasonings
  • Kale or other vegetable
  • Tahini sauce


  1. Slice tofu and press in paper towels to drain moisture.

  2. Soak tofu in the marinade for a few minutes.

  3. Bake tofu with all the marinade on a cookie sheet, along with the potatoes, at 375°F for about 45 minutes.

  4. Steam vegetable(s) of choice. Cover with tahini sauce. Serve with potatoes and tofu.
