- 1/3 c tamari sauce
- ¼ c white wine vinegar
- ¼ c olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- ½ tsp basil
- ½ tsp rosemary
- 1 pkg extra firm tofu
- Red potatoes, sliced and lightly tossed in olive oil and seasonings
- Kale or other vegetable
- Tahini sauce
Slice tofu and press in paper towels to drain moisture.
Soak tofu in the marinade for a few minutes.
Bake tofu with all the marinade on a cookie sheet, along with the potatoes, at 375Ã‚Â°F for about 45 minutes.
Steam vegetable(s) of choice. Cover with tahini sauce. Serve with potatoes and tofu.
