Matcha Energy Bars


  • 1 c pitted fresh dates
  • 1 c raw cashews or almonds
  • ¼ c raw pecans
  • ½ c unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2-3 tsp matcha green tea powder


  1. Place dates in a food processor for about 1 minute. Add in nuts and coconut and blend for another minute. Add matcha and continue blending until smooth, scraping the sides to incorporate. When blended, press into a pan and cut into squares.
