Matcha Power Oatmeal


  • ½ c old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tsp matcha tea powder
  • ½ c milk of choice
  • Sweetener to taste
  • Sliced almonds, coconut flakes, chia seeds (optional)


  1. Blend first two ingredients well. Stir in milk and sweetener. Cook on stovetop or microwave until desired consistency. Sprinkle on toppings of choice.
