- 3 medium nectarines, cut up
- ½ c plain vegan yogurt
- 1/3 c non-dairy milk
- 2 tbsp minced crystallized ginger
For freshest flavor, use ripe fruit (the riper the fruit, the sweeter the smoothie). Process the fruit, yogurt and milk in a blender, food processor, or with an immersion blender until smooth. Add some sweetener if desired.
