Nestle hot chocolate
- ½ c granulated sugar
- 1/3 c NESTLE TOLL HOUSE Baking Cocoa
- 4 c milk, divided (non-dairy)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Whipped cream or miniature (vegan) marshmallows (optional)
Combine sugar and cocoa in medium saucepan. Gradually stir in 1/3 C (non-dairy) milk to make a smooth paste; stir in remaining (non-dairy) milk.
Warm over medium heat, stirring constantly, until hot (do not boil). Remove from heat; stir in vanilla extract. Top with whipped cream before serving.
Makes 4 servings.
