Oven-Baked Taco Shells

Crispy taco shells without frying!


  • Corn tortillas


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Wrap corn tortillas in slightly damp paper towel.

  3. Microwave (to steam) or place in steamer basket over steaming water for 25 seconds.

  4. Then, place corn tortillas on your oven racks so they drape over the sides.

  5. Note, they might take a few seconds to start looking like taco shells.

  6. Bake 7-10 minutes or until crispy.
